I had to put this as the title of today’s post. As a couple of days ago a friend text and asked me just that.
“Have you been kidnapped by Santa?”
No.
I met Santa, but rather it’s the rather gigantic bout of flu that returned with me from our week in Lapland that has meant I’ve gone AWOL.

There was a post planned for Christmas Eve, where of course I was going to wish all of my lovely readers a wonderful Christmas. However just walking was a little difficult.
So a little late, but still heartfelt, Merry Christmas Everyone.
I’ll be back, once my head and hands feel part of the same person again.

I wish you a quick and complete recovery. Is it really Christmas without someone in the family being sick? Rarely when kids are involved! When you feel better I want to hear and possibly see more of your trip. Please. Thanks.

I am jealous!! Of the trip to Lapland, obviously…lucky you!!! Just like in Holly the Christmas Fairy (It’s not Christmas without Rainbow Magic…actually, it’s not any day without Rainbow Magic round here!). The photo looks amazing!
The germs at my house have finally shuffled off (after two weeks…I don’t remember ever being so sick with anything other than flu!) so I am celebrating New Year instead this year. Hopefully with continued good health (for all) and an appetite 🙂
