Time To Get Christmassy – Thorntons Chocolate Giveaway

December 2, 2013 by SimplyBeingMum

There aren’t any Christmas decorations up yet at Chez Wright. The tree won’t be arriving until this weekend.
We’re a little later this year with the festivities.

That’s not to say I’m not organised.

It’s beginning to look a little like Christmas. I have a Christmas CD on (to get me in the mood for today’s post), the gifts are wrapped and believe it or not I’m slow-cooking a Christmas turkey tomorrow – but more on that in an upcoming post.

It’s time to get Christmassy – kicking off this years festivities I have a fabulous giveaway.

The kind people at Thorntons have a superb hamper for one of my dear readers.

Thorntons Hamper

I Love Christmas Chocolate Hamper rrp £40

The chocolates delivered available here at Thorntons.

As you know, I never run any giveaway that I myself would not enter. I only feature retailers, brands and manufacturers who I buy from and recommend.

I love Thorntons chocolate! Not that I’m sampling any…. see disclaimer below.

And if you are feeling lucky this week, why not take your chances on these great competitions Thornton’s are also offering:

    Hi

Bing Crosby White Christmas. It reminds me of my grandparents who are sadly not here any more. It makes me feel very nostalgic remembering my Granma singing her head off after a few Baileys!!

I am finding it impossible to choose one favorite Christmas song! I love so many, from the old traditional tunes to more recent pop songs. “Driving Home for Christmas” by Chris Rhea makes me smile, and the O Holy Night makes my heart soar. I’m not in the UK, but have very dear friends there who would love some Thornton’s chocolates. Thank you for all your enjoyable posts throughout the year, Jo 🙂
